At Alfaparf Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original professional packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
